The REAL HERstory:

REAL You Life Coaching was conceived ten years ago when Irma was living in San Jose, CA. She was deciding what to do with her life since taking a break from doing psychotherapy to focus on her family. During this time, Irma also lost one of her best friends from high school. Su was a lawyer who had always wanted to be an artist but never got the chance to live her authentic life before she died from stomach cancer. The loss of her friend and the loss of the life that her friend wanted to live but didn’t was a double tragedy to Irma.

Five years later, Irma and her family moved to Lancaster, PA. After settling in the Susquehanna Valley, Irma decided she wanted to be of service to people in a different capacity other than doing therapy. After researching life coaching, Irma was inspired by the empowering and hopeful message inherent in the life coaching philosophy. With life coaching, Irma discovered a way to help people live happier, more satisfied and more authentic lives by removing the blocks that have stood in their way.

Irma realized that if she had a life coach at various stages in her life, she would have:

-      made better decisions that were more in line with her values.

-      felt less depressed and anxious.

-      been able to fully enjoy and appreciate what was happening in her life.

Irma decided she wanted to give people the support and guidance that she would have found helpful at these transitional points in her life. She didn’t want other people to die not living the best life they were meant to live.

REAL You is not just the name of Irma’s life coaching business, but the name of the process that she uses to help her clients live more joyful, satisfied and authentic lives.
