FAQ’s About Life Coaching with Irma

What will happen after I contact Irma?

  1. I will connect with you to schedule your first complimentary appointment.

  2. I will request that you complete the “About you” questionnaire prior to our first meeting.

  3. At our first meeting, I will ask you about your expectations and goals. You can ask me anything you want. We’ll see if we are a match as coach and client.

  4. After that first meeting, you can decide which coaching package you want and we will schedule your next set of appointments.

  5. You will receive an invoice for the package you chose which must be paid prior to the first session.

  6. At each appointment, we will review your goals (sometimes they change!), evaluate progress and adjust/adapt as needed and then plan for next steps that you can actually live with and incorporate into your life (Check out The REAL Program).

  7. We can continue to meet until you have reached your goal or until you have made enough progress that you feel you can continue without a coach.

Why should I choose Irma as my life coach?

Every coach has a different method and set of skills.  When you work with me, you will get a masters level coach with a psychology and social work background who is also compassionate, and committed to you and your progress. I have done the work so I can help you do yours.

What if I want to work with Irma but I am not in a financial position to pay for sessions?

I believe that coaching should be available to everyone who needs and wants it. If you are experiencing financial hardship for whatever reason, let me know and we can discuss other options to make coaching available to you.


What if, after several sessions, I feel like coaching isn’t working?

One of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves is realize when we are in a situation that isn’t working out for us.  If we start working together and you realize that that it’s not working for you, just let me know! We will discuss what isn’t working and see if we can make changes to improve our interaction. If you still feel like coaching isn’t working despite adjustments, then we can discuss referrals and next steps. Any unused sessions from a package can be saved for a different time, or you can gift them to a friend or family member.
